-CONVENING OF ANNUAL STAKEHOLDER PARLIAMENT-
 
Based on Decision of Managing Board No. 726 from 24th February 2010 and art.46. of the Agreement on organizing

               

the convening of
THE ANNUAL STAKEHOLDER PARLIAMENT
is announced
 
for 31st March 2010 (Wednesday) at 10 o’clock in the great hall (canteen premises) in the head office of the entity in Krusevac.

The unsuccessful tender for privatization of economic society of Chemical Industry «Župa» a.d. Kruševac
 
Tender Committee following the managing of public tender for sale of 70,33993% of the total capital of Chemical Industry «Župa» a.d. Kruševac at the session held on 03rd  December 2009, stated that, till the final deadline for submitting offers, namely, till 13th November 2009 there has been no offers for the purchase of the capital of Chemical Industry «Župa» a.d. Kruševac.
 
Therefore, the tender Committee has proclaimed the public tender unsuccessful.
 
It has been stated at the session that two of the participants bought out the tender documentation, being the following:
 
1. «AKB Fores», Germany
2. «Plima M», Serbia

Visit of Minister of Economy and Regional Development Mladjan Dinkic to HI "Župa" ad Kruševac
 
During his visit to the companies IMK "14. oktobar" and Chemical Industry "Župa" in Krusevac, the Minister said to the reporters that the state plans to invest money in about ten companies that have secured markets for purchasing the equipment.
 
Dinkic stated that among the companies which will receive interest-free loan are factories "Župa" and "14. oktobar" from Krusevac, some sections of "Prve petoletke" from Trstenik as well as Belgrade firms The Machine and tractors Industry and Motor Industry Rakovica.
 
"We do not have a determined amount predicted for it, but we go into direct analysis of each of the companies. There is no list of wishes, we are supporting what is in the function of equipment modernization that will provide fulfillment of already signed agreements“, explained Dinkic and added that the companies will return the loans to the budget when they collect the investments income.
 
"We have in mind the economic crisis and slowed-down privatization when, objectively, there are no strategic partners interested in great investments. We must not wait for the recuperation to be visible but to support those with the market, and then look for the strategic partner“, stated Dinkic. 
 
General Manager of HI "Župa", Miroljub Milojević, after the meeting said to the reporters that the factory will be granted 1,45 million euros for starting the production of copper sulfate and that it would receive 13 million dinars subvention so that one payment will be effected to the workers, because the earnings have not been effected for the last three months
 
Dinkic said that the state has decided to grant the resources to "Župa"and added that an arrangement on out-of-court settlement will be made with the Mining-melting Basin "Bor", owing to the factory from Krusevac from before. According to his words, a serious potential buyer from Czech is interested in "Župa".
